New Crops
are Filtering in this Spring
We
have received many questions about our low green coffee bean supply.
The reason for this is- coffee is quickly flying out the door
(maybe due to more home coffee roasters, our discriminating
coffees, and free promotions we offer our valued customers). We
refuse to fill in the gaps with old tired coffees lying around
in some old warehouse. We would like to think that
patience pays off in the end. We hope you’ll agree.
For
the past 6 weeks our cupping crew has been hard at work tasting
some noteworthy coffees. We have many new coffee beans now
in our store and more are on the way.

Costa Rican Tarrazu Fruta De Oro
is from the central region that is cupping nicely: Rich sweet
aroma, Bright citrus undertones, clean and balanced from start to finish.

Telmo Reserve
is a 100% Bourbon variety grown in the
Bucaramanga
region. Its sweet bold aroma will tantalizes your senses – pull out the Ella Fitzgerald CD, kick back in the
comfy chair and savor the rich body and deep fruity tones this
coffee has to offer. A hint of chocolate and walnut finish
nicely on the pallet as the coffee lingers- yummy.

AA Wango Estate has
a deep dimensionally & complex taste with subtle currant -raisin
undertones. Medium body with a wine like acidity.
