Coffee Storehouse is dedicated to meeting the needs of our eCustomers.  We know that customer service and attractive prices are the building blocks of a good retail foundation.  We are also committed to provide information you need about each and every product we carry from green coffee beans to our quality home coffee roasting equipment.  Please feel free to Contact Us with special requests and to give us feedback on our products or website.

Ordering
Ordering online is easy!  But if you prefer not to order online we would be glad to take your order over the phone.  Call us at 501/868-9068 (Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm CST).  

Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy
Coffee Storehouse ensures that all products are in good condition before being shipped out.  However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused equipment in its original container with instructions, accessories and complete packaging material within 30 days of delivery for refund or credit (less shipping and handling charges).  Some restrictions apply:

Equipment that has been used can only be returned for credit towards other items from Coffee Storehouse and must be returned within 15 days of delivery.  If equipment is defective, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement through the manufacturer.  If you choose not to accept a replacement, a $15 or 15% restocking charge (which ever is less) will apply.

Coffee beans cannot be returned.

Returned equipment should be shipped to Coffee Storehouse postage paid, insured.  Retain shipping documentation until you are notified that we have received the returned item.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Damage or loss of equipment resulting in transit are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds for returns on unused items will be credited to purchaser of record.  A $15 or 15% restocking charge (which ever is less) will apply on all returns.

Returns for credit will be credited towards your new purchase.

You must receive a return authorization number before sending any merchandise back.  Please email us for a return authorization number.

For items damaged in shipping, retain damaged shipping container since the only way of replacing the item is by proving damage to the carrier.  Then contact us and let us know exactly what caused the damage, and what damage was caused to the equipment.

Glass components do not carry a warranty.  Replacement parts can be ordered directly through the manufacturer since Coffee Storehouse does not stock replacement parts (other than listed on our site).  If you need contact information please contact us and we will send you the phone number of the manufacturer of the product you need parts for.

 

Privacy Policy
Coffee Storehouse respects your privacy and wants to earn your trust.  Because we do, we will not sell, distribute or otherwise make your contact information available to any outside sources other than for the processing of your order.  Coffee Storehouse may send you updates on new products or specials from time to time but will always allow you to opt out of future notices.  

 

Security
Coffee Storehouse believes in providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all of our customers.  We provide the most stringent of security measures available on the Internet today.  We want you to feel comfortable that your personal information will be kept safe throughout your entire shopping experience.  Our site provides the reliability and high security you need when making purchases on the Internet.  Our Secure Server protects Coffee Storehouse and the information you provide to us, and is maintained in private files on our Secure Web Server and/or internal systems.

Coffee Storehouse's policy is not to store credit card information after transactions have been completed.  Because of this, there is no incentive for hackers to even attempt to access credit card information through Coffee Storehouse.  It is also our policy to never send private information (credit card information) via email.  In fact, this is a practice we recommend to our customers for any and all Internet activities.

 

Website Problems

he vast majority of transactions on our site are trouble-free, however if you experience difficulties, we do want to know about them.  If you experience any problems while visiting our storehouse, we would appreciate you letting us know about them by email.

 

International Orders
Due to the complexity of international orders, Coffee Storehouse only ships outside of the U.S. to Canada.  
PLEASE NOTE:
Fees for Customs are assessed by the shipping company when shipped outside of the U.S. are not included in the cost of shipping that is calculated when placing your order.  These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Shipping and Handling Charges
Coffee Storehouse offers both USPS & UPS.  Select your option during the check out process, then click "Proceed to Checkout".  Shipping costs will be calculated for you to see prior to charging your credit card.  If you change your mind, simply hit the "back" arrow in your browser to change your shipping preference.
