This lot cups differently than other Huehues. It lacks the fruitiness one associates with the region, but gives back in good body and a rich dark cocoa balanced by a bright acidity.
This coffee is a classic and can be prepared anyway and still be a crowd pleaser. Pass the Huehue…please.
