Sulawesi Genuine Kalossi - Grade 1

And what were you looking for? Spice, baker's chocolate, velvety body, clean cup?   A stunner!  This lot is deep, round, smooth and deliciously cocoa-toned in flavored.  Similar to the Sumatra’s with their body and complexity – the Kalossi cups surprisingly cleaner and has a higher toned acidity.  Spicy sensations of nutmeg, pepper and clove leave a nice aftertaste on the pallet.  This lot has become one of our favorites for the Coffee Storehouse staff.
