Java Arabica Estate Blawan

Blawan is one of the four old-school government estates that still produce much of the coffees from this region.  This cup tends to be brighter and cleaner than its cousin coffees of Sumatra and Sulawesi .  Aroma was captivating: spice, cedar, and undertones of vanilla.  This coffee has a nice smooth and creamy feel in the mouth.  Full body with a mild acidity.  Cup flavors are complex with a bit o’ spice transitioning to a mellow aftertaste.
