The smaller Island of Kauai doesn’t have all the pomp and notoriety as the Kona coffees but don’t let that discourage you from trying this noteworthy coffee.  In addition to being the largest grower in the Hawaiian Islands, the Estate Reserve is grown and processed at the Kauai Farm (much like a fine wine), which ensures a consistent, higher quality product.   The Kauai Estate offers a clean, sweet, and mild taste.  Hints of a mild milk chocolate and just enough fruit-toned aftertaste round out the cup.  Full body - low acidity.
