Peru Organic Pirua

 When noteworthy Peruvian coffees arise on the market they deserve the admiration of discriminating coffee drinkers.  Many of the coffees grown in Peru are used for dark roast blending but this lot can stand on its own nicely.  Subtle hints of flowery aromatics tease the senses. This wet processed coffee cups light and clean.  It’s mild in flavor and is exceptionally balanced with body and acidity. Coffees from this region are known for their clean bright flavors and hints of sweet vanilla in the finish. If you’re looking for a mild, clean cup – this one is for you.
