Ibriks For Turkish Coffee
Turkish coffee is traditionally brewed in a
long-handled pot called an Ibrik. Though the Ibrik was designed
for and originally used to brew coffee in the hot desert, most coffee
brewers today make it on the stove top.
The pot section of the Ibrik is fairly small, although
there are different sizes for serving more or less people. The top
of the pot is narrower than the bottom, which is a very important
component for the proper brewing
of Turkish Coffee.
