Thanks to the Hope Project, green coffee bean farmers now have access to the necessary processing equipment for improving their production.  The Hope Project also ensures that farmers of green coffee beans benefit from the quality premiums achieved by paying a price which is proportionally higher than the market price and by making a second quality related payment to the farmer after the sale of the coffee. We like that! So with all that said, what can you expect from the cup?  Bright acidity with sweet citrus top notes.  Medium smooth body ending with a nice subtle peachy- milk chocolate finish. Nicaraguan Organic Fair Trade Segovia is making its return too.  This excellent coffee bean yields a deep full flavor with a smooth creamy mouth feel.  Delicate stone fruit (mild cherries and apricots) with a hint of a brown sugar roasted caramel.  Yummy! New to the list is Brazil Rio Verde Estate.  Smooth chocolate and walnut notes coat the palate from start to finish.
